Michaela Warnke is the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for Stable Properties, bringing creativity, strategy, and a deep love for California’s Central Coast to the team’s digital presence. She manages social media, branding, and marketing initiatives that showcase the area's lifestyle, the team’s expertise, and the unique character of every property they represent.

A San Luis Obispo native, Michaela grew up surrounded by the beauty and community of the Central Coast. Currently in her fourth year at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, she is pursuing a degree in Agricultural Communication with a minor in Agricultural Business. Her studies, combined with her background in digital media and design, give her the tools to blend strategy with creativity, helping Stable Properties connect authentically with clients and stand out in the market.
