Kelli Marks is the Transaction Coordinator and a sales associate for Stable Properties. Kelli is a fifth-generation Central Coast resident, and her vast knowledge of the local area and communities run deep.
After graduating from California State University, Chico, with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies, Kelli moved back to Atascadero to raise her family. Kelli has a strong background in owning and operating her own home staging business, The Modern Home. Kelli and her husband, Trevor, have personally invested in the local real estate market and have hands-on experience buying, selling, and transforming outdated houses into modern, elegant, and desirable homes.
Kelli has parlayed her knowledge and love of the area into providing real estate services for buyers and sellers throughout the Central Coast since 2017. Largely involved in the community, Kelli currently serves as the President of the North County Dance and Performing Arts Foundation.
