We first met the owners of this charming Morro Bay home at one of our open houses. They were so taken by our staging that they reached out to have us list their own home, a special property that had once belonged to his grandfather. At the time, they were mid-renovation, and we joined forces to guide every finish and design choice, from paint colors and flooring to tile selections and fireplace details.
Together, we transformed the home with new countertops and backsplashes in the kitchen and baths, fresh interior and exterior paint, updated flooring, and a beautiful new fireplace surround that became the heart of the living room. We even reimagined the dining area removing a few light fixtures and extending the space to feel larger and more inviting.
When the project wrapped, the result was timeless coastal perfection, a soft palette of whites and blues that felt right at home in Morro Bay. The listing generated incredible attention, multiple offers, and a sale price that made our clients absolutely thrilled. It was one of those projects that reminded us why we love what we do: helping homes tell their next story beautifully.
